Golden Sample Control
Before mass production, we establish an approved reference sample — the Golden Sample. A sealed copy is stored at the factory and used as the benchmark throughout the production run. Any deviation from the Golden Sample is flagged and corrected before it affects the batch.
AQL Statistical Sampling
We use Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) sampling standards — typically AQL 2.5 for major defects and AQL 4.0 for minor defects. For a 10,000-unit order, approximately 200 units are randomly selected and inspected against your specifications. This provides statistically valid quality assurance without inspecting every unit.
DUPRO — During Production Inspection
Conducted when 20–60% of production is complete, DUPRO inspections catch systemic defects early. If a material is wrong, a dimension is off or a finish is inconsistent, we identify it while there's still time to correct course without delaying the shipment.
PSI — Pre-Shipment Inspection
