    1. Introduction

    These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Elite Global Trade Ltd website (www.eliteglobaltrade.co) and our sourcing, quality control, inspection and logistics services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

    Elite Global Trade Ltd ("we", "us", "our") is registered in Hong Kong.

    2. Services

    We provide the following services:

    • Product Sourcing — identifying, vetting and engaging manufacturers and suppliers in China
    • Supplier Verification — on-site factory audits, capability assessment and documentation checks
    • Quality Control — pre-production, during-production (DUPRO) and pre-shipment (PSI) inspections
    • DDP Logistics — freight forwarding, customs clearance and door-to-door delivery worldwide

    3. Quotations & Pricing

    All quotations provided are estimates and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing is confirmed in a written service agreement or proforma invoice. Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations, raw material costs and shipping rates at the time of order confirmation.

    4. Payment Terms

    Payment terms are agreed on a per-project basis and detailed in your service agreement. Standard terms include:

    • Service fees: invoiced upon engagement, payable within 14 days
    • Product orders: typically 30% deposit on order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment
    • Logistics fees: payable before release of shipping documents

    Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.

    5. Client Responsibilities

    You agree to:

    • Provide accurate and complete product specifications, quantities and requirements
    • Respond to communications and approve samples, quotes and shipments in a timely manner
    • Ensure compliance with import regulations in your destination country
    • Pay all fees as agreed in writing

    6. Quality & Inspections

    We conduct quality inspections according to industry-standard AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) sampling methods. Unless otherwise agreed, AQL 2.5 for major defects and AQL 4.0 for minor defects apply. Inspection reports including photographs and measurements are provided for each order.

    While we make every reasonable effort to ensure product quality, we act as an inspection and sourcing agent — final manufacturing responsibility rests with the supplier.

    7. Shipping & Delivery

    Delivery timelines are estimates and subject to factors beyond our control including manufacturing delays, customs processing, port congestion and weather events. We are not liable for losses arising from shipping delays.

    For DDP shipments, we handle all freight, insurance, customs duties and delivery to your specified address. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law:

    • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the service fees paid for the specific project in question
    • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages including lost profits or business interruption
    • We are not liable for actions, omissions or defaults of third-party suppliers, manufacturers, freight carriers or customs authorities

    9. Confidentiality

    Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of business, including product designs, pricing, supplier details and business strategies. This obligation survives termination of services.

    10. Intellectual Property

    All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos and images — is the property of Elite Global Trade Ltd and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use our content without prior written consent.

    11. Website Use

    You agree not to:

    • Use our website for any unlawful purpose
    • Attempt to interfere with the website's functionality or security
    • Scrape, harvest or collect data from our website without permission
    • Submit false or misleading information through our forms

    12. Dispute Resolution

    Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration in Hong Kong under the rules of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC). The language of arbitration shall be English.

    13. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

    14. Changes to These Terms

    We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
